Required: Club/Team information

TDFA is in the process of making its own website.

We are in the process of gathering information for the same.
Taking this forward, we require certain information from all the clubs/teams participating in the TDFA league.

Requesting all the Managers/Captains of the participating teams to provide information about your clubs/teams in the format given below:

Name of the Club: (mention the complete name)
Year Formed:
Location:
Brief Summary: (For eg. how the club was formed, who was responsible for bringing the players together, what is the clubs goal in the near future?)
List of team members(Name & playing position) and management:
Extra Curricular activities: (activities other than Football, also includes information on events/tournaments organised any other activity)

Requesting all to stick to the format mentioned above.

You can submit this in writing to TDFA organising committee during the next round of matches this weekend. Kindly get your manager/captain's approval on the same.
Also keep the summary section short and to the point.

Note: Also provide a full team snap along with this article. Snap can also be emailed to TDFA.

Kindly submit the same at the earliest.
